Emerald Family Properties is project-based and offers townhouse-style, duplex and triplex units ranging from two to five bedrooms in neighborhoods conveniently located throughout the City near schools, shopping, banking and medical facilities, community service and social agencies, including easy access to the public transportation system.

Click here to apply and be added to the waiting list.  No application fee.  Monthly rent is subsidized; $300 security deposit is required.  Income and rent limits apply as established by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission using the current 50% limit.

Being on the waiting list does not obligate the applicant to anything, nor does it guarantee eligibility or that a unit will be offered.  It simply means the applicant will be contacted when their name comes up.
